Our guest rooms and suites are  located in the fully restored, original buildings that have been adapted to today's needs.

All suites feature 18-foot ceilings with exposed beams and rafters, 10-foot wooden double doors, massive iron beds, dark, tropical hardwood cabinets, and cool tile floors. Additionally, large, rounded pegs in the stone walls hold woven cotton hammocks, for which Yucatan is famous, allowing you to sleep in the Mayan style.

For an even more authentic experience, the Villas consist of authentic Palapas transformed into deluxe accommodations. They combine unique Mayan architecture with the modern expectations of today's sophisticated traveler.

Each room has its personality with its own charm, decorated with fresh flowers by lovely ladies dressed in their white, handmade, traditional Mayan dress - the Huipil.


ROOM TYPES:

Superior Room: One bedroom with a large bathroom (some of them with a terrace that faces the gardens)

Junior Suite: One bedroom Suite, large bathroom and a large terrace with plunge pool and private gardens, 2 junior suites share a spacious garden and a private swimming pool with the deluxe suite.

Mayan Villa: Very privately located, spacious villa that has within its oversized bedroom a "hanging bed" and a day bed in the bathroom. Furthermore the villa comes with a large bathroom, an ample terrace and a plunge pool.

OCCUPANCY

If not sharing a room with another adult person you will need single accommodations. One child (age 2-12) stays free.

If you are sharing a room with another adult person you will need double accommodations. Maximum two children (age 2- 12) stay free in this accommodation.

If there will be three adults sharing a room you will need triple accommodations. No child occupancy in this accommodation.

Roll-away beds are NOT available at the hotel. Cribs available upon request (no charge and subject to availability). 

   

Minimum booking is 3 nights throughout the year.

2007 HOLIDAYS/ HIGH SEASONS:
Minimum 5-night booking is required during holiday periods.
Holiday bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE
