The Hacienda Santa Rosa's restaurant serves exciting regional and international dishes in one of the lavish original reception rooms, decorated with antique traditional furniture or outside on the long terrace overlooking a cozy patio. You can have your breakfast by the pool, with views of the botanical garden, or in the privacy of your suite's own garden.
Enjoy dinner on the terrace of the main house under the open sky filled with thousands of stars. The menu offers a blend of regional and international cuisine. Our chef, Eladio Pat Noh, willl show you how to appreciate the complexity of this classic cuisine.
Dinner for two can be served in a perfect hideaway where the grounds are lit by twinkling candles while romantic music plays in the background.
The hotel's very pleasant bar is located in the former chapel with views over the adjacent courtyards and gardens.

"This was our favorite place on our two week trip to Mexico. Service is outstanding and friendly. The hacienda is gorgeous as is the setting and garden and the pool. We loved our Mayan villa with floating bed on ropes. The people there really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Try the tamarind margarita.
We wanted a base to visit the Mayan ruins of Uxmal in the western Yucatan. Hacienda Santa Rosa is a delightful oasis in a somewhat isolated area. The grounds are lovely; the staff very helpful and courteous. A high point were the delicious nouvelle-Mexican meals served on the terrace outdoors under the stars."
